Solution
1. Preparation
  • Gather tools and parts needed for the repair.
  • Ensure the vehicle is parked on a flat surface and the engine is off.
  • Disconnect the negative battery terminal to prevent electrical shock.
2. Clean or Replace the Throttle Body
  • Tools Required: Screwdriver set, throttle body cleaner, rags.
  • Remove the air intake duct connected to the throttle body using the appropriate screwdriver.
  • Disconnect the throttle position sensor connector and any other connectors attached to the throttle body.
  • Unbolt the throttle body from the intake manifold.
  • Spray throttle body cleaner onto a rag and wipe the inside of the throttle body until clean.
