Solution
1. Preparation
  • Gather tools and parts required for the repair.
  • Disconnect the battery to ensure safety.
  • Park the vehicle on a level surface and engage the parking brake.
2. Inspect and Clean Components
  • Throttle Body:

    • Remove the intake hose connected to the throttle body.
    • Use throttle body cleaner and a soft cloth to clean the throttle body.
    • Reattach the intake hose securely.
  • MAF Sensor:

    • Disconnect the electrical connector from the MAF sensor.
    • Remove the MAF sensor from the air intake duct.
    • Use MAF cleaner to spray the sensor and allow it to dry before reinstalling.
3. Replace Spark Plugs and Ignition Coils (if necessary)
  • Remove the engine cover to access the ignition coils.
  • Disconnect the electrical connectors from the ignition coils.
  • Remove the bolts holding the ignition coils and pull them out.
  • Replace the spark plugs using a spark plug socket, ensuring to use the manufacturer-specified gap.
  • Install new ignition coils and reconnect the electrical connectors.
4. Fuel System Examination
  • Check the fuel filter for clogs and replace if necessary.
  • If fuel pressure is low, inspect the fuel pump for proper operation and replace if faulty.
5. Reconnect Battery and Clear Codes
  • Reconnect the battery terminal.
  • Use the OBD-II scanner to clear any error codes from the vehicle's computer.
