  • Ensure stability and performance of the system
  • Analyze traffic (aggregated, non-personalized)

Data is hosted in Supabase (PostgreSQL) servers located in the EU.

Frontend is deployed via Vercel, using distributed infrastructure.

We retain diagnostic input (your submitted questions) for technical improvement and internal analytics.

Data Retention

  • Account data: Retained while your account is active, deleted within 30 days of account deletion
  • Diagnostic queries: Retained for up to 2 years for service improvement, then anonymized or deleted
  • Server logs: Retained for up to 90 days for security and troubleshooting purposes
  • Contact form submissions: Retained for up to 1 year, then deleted

International Data Transfers

While our primary data storage is in the EU, our service providers (Vercel, Supabase) may use infrastructure in multiple regions. We ensure that:

  • All data transfers comply with GDPR requirements
  • Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) are in place where applicable
  • Data processing agreements are established with all service providers
