Solution
1. Preparation
  • Gather necessary tools and parts.
  • Disconnect the battery to prevent any electrical issues during repairs.
2. Inspect and Replace Spark Plugs
  1. Remove the engine cover (if applicable) using a socket set.
  2. Disconnect electrical connectors from the ignition coils.
  3. Remove the ignition coils using a socket.
  4. Extract the spark plugs with a spark plug socket.
  5. Inspect spark plugs for wear and replace if necessary with OEM parts. Torque to manufacturer specifications (usually around 15 ft-lbs).
  6. Reinstall ignition coils and connectors.
3. Clean Throttle Body
  1. Disconnect the intake air duct from the throttle body.
  2. Remove the throttle body from the engine using a socket set.
  3. Clean the throttle body interior with throttle body cleaner and a soft cloth.
  4. Reinstall the throttle body and reconnect the intake air duct.
