2. Inspect and Replace Torque Converter

1. Remove the Transmission Pan:

   • Support the transmission with a jack.
   • Remove the bolts securing the transmission pan using a socket wrench.
   • Carefully lower the pan and drain the fluid into a suitable container.

2. Remove the Torque Converter:

   • Unbolt the torque converter from the flex plate using the socket set.
   • Disconnect the transmission cooler lines.
   • Remove the bolts securing the transmission to the engine and slide the transmission back slightly to access the torque converter.
   • Carefully pull the torque converter out from the transmission.
