Solution
1. Preparation
  • Park the vehicle on a level surface and engage the parking brake.
  • Gather necessary tools and parts.
  • Tools Required:
    • Floor jack
    • Jack stands
    • Torque wrench
    • Alignment machine
2. Tire Rotation (if applicable)
  • Remove the tires from the vehicle using a lug wrench.
  • Rotate tires to ensure even wear (if not already done recently).
  • Reinstall tires and torque lug nuts to manufacturer specifications.
3. Alignment Adjustment
  • Set up the vehicle on a wheel alignment machine.
  • Adjust toe, camber, and caster settings according to the specifications provided by the manufacturer.
  • Ensure that both front and rear alignments are checked and adjusted as necessary.
4. Component Replacement (if necessary)
  • If any worn suspension components are found, replace them as follows:
    • Control arms or bushings:
      • Remove the wheel and tire.
      • Unbolt and remove the control arm from the chassis and steering knuckle.
      • Install new control arm and bushings, torque to specifications.
    • Ball joints:
      • Remove the wheel and tire.
      • Use a ball joint separator to detach the ball joint from the steering knuckle.
      • Install new ball joint and secure with the appropriate hardware, torquing to specifications.
