Solution

1. Preparation

• Ensure the vehicle is parked on a level surface and the engine is cool.
• Disconnect the negative battery terminal to prevent electrical shorts.

2. Replace Air Filter

• Remove the air filter housing cover.
• Take out the old air filter and replace it with a new one.
• Reassemble the air filter housing and reconnect the battery.

3. Clean Throttle Body

• Remove the intake duct connected to the throttle body.
• Use throttle body cleaner and a soft cloth to clean the throttle body, ensuring the butterfly valve operates freely.
• Reinstall the intake duct securely.

4. Inspect and Replace Spark Plugs

• Remove the ignition coils by unscrewing the bolts and disconnecting the connectors.
• Take out the spark plugs using a spark plug socket.
• Inspect and replace with new spark plugs, ensuring they are gapped correctly (consult the owner’s manual for specifications).
• Reinstall ignition coils and reconnect connectors.

• Connect a fuel pressure gauge to the fuel rail.
