why does my Genesis G70 have poor throttle response

Solution

1. Preparation

• Gather necessary tools and parts.
• Disconnect the negative battery terminal to prevent electrical shorts.

2. Throttle Body Cleaning

• Remove the air intake duct to access the throttle body.
• Using throttle body cleaner and a soft brush, clean the throttle plate and surrounding areas.
• Reassemble the air intake duct once cleaning is complete.

3. Throttle Position Sensor Replacement (if faulty)

• Locate the throttle position sensor on the throttle body.
• Disconnect the electrical connector and remove the screws holding the sensor in place.
