Solution
1. Preparation
  • Gather necessary tools (if needed) such as a flat-head screwdriver for fuse access.
  • Ensure the vehicle is parked in a safe area with the engine off.
2. Enter the Radio Code
  1. Turn the ignition key to the "On" position.
  2. Turn on the radio; if it prompts for a code, proceed to the next step.
  3. Use the radio preset buttons to enter the security code. For example:
    • Press the first digit button (1) the number of times to match the first digit of the code.
    • Press the second digit button (2) the number of times for the second digit, and so on for the remaining digits.
  4. After entering the complete code, press and hold the "Enter" or "Tune/Seek" button to confirm.
3. Reset Radio Settings (if necessary)
  1. If the radio does not respond after entering the code, disconnect the negative battery terminal.
  2. Wait for approximately 5 minutes to allow the system to reset.
  3. Reconnect the negative battery terminal securely.
4. Test the Radio
  1. Turn the ignition key to the "On" position and power on the radio.
  2. Check if the radio functions normally and if audio is output from the speakers.
