Solution
1. Preparation
  • Ensure the engine is off and the vehicle is parked on a level surface.
  • Gather necessary tools and materials: clean cloth, funnel (if adding fluid), and power steering fluid.
2. Locate and Inspect the Reservoir
  • Open the hood and identify the power steering fluid reservoir, which is usually located near the engine on the driver's side.
  • Check the fluid level indicated on the reservoir. It should be between the minimum and maximum lines.
3. Add Fluid (if necessary)
  • If the fluid level is below the minimum mark, wipe the inside of the reservoir cap with a clean cloth.
  • Using a funnel, slowly add the correct type of power steering fluid (refer to the owner's manual for specifications).
  • Avoid overfilling; stop adding fluid once it reaches the maximum mark.
4. Replace the Cap
  • Securely replace the cap on the power steering fluid reservoir.
  • Ensure it is tightened to avoid leaks.
