1. Preparation

• Gather necessary tools and parts.
• Disconnect the negative battery terminal to prevent electrical shorts.

2. Replace Spark Plugs

• Remove the ignition coil cover if applicable.
• Disconnect the ignition coils and remove them using a socket wrench.
• Unscrew the old spark plugs with a spark plug socket and inspect them.
• Install new spark plugs, ensuring they are gapped correctly according to manufacturer specifications (typically around 0.040 inches).
• Reinstall the ignition coils and cover.
