Solution
1. Preparation
  • Ensure the vehicle is parked on a level surface.
  • Gather necessary safety gear, such as gloves and safety glasses.
2. Open the Hood
  • Pull the hood release lever inside the vehicle.
  • Secure the hood with the prop rod if necessary.
3. Check Coolant Level
  • Locate the coolant reservoir on the right side of the engine bay.
  • Inspect the coolant level by looking at the markings on the side of the reservoir:
    • Minimum level: Ensure coolant is above this line.
    • Maximum level: Ensure coolant does not exceed this line.
  • If the coolant level is below the minimum, you need to add coolant.
4. Adding Coolant (if necessary)
  • Remove the coolant reservoir cap by turning it counterclockwise; do this slowly to release any pressure.
  • Use a funnel to pour the appropriate coolant mixture (usually a 50/50 mixture of antifreeze and distilled water) into the reservoir until it reaches the maximum marking.
  • Replace the cap securely by turning it clockwise.
5. Close the Hood
  • Ensure that all tools are removed from the engine bay.
  • Lower the hood gently and press down firmly to ensure it is closed securely.
