Solution
1. Preparation
  • Gather necessary tools and parts.
  • Ensure the vehicle is parked on a level surface and the engine is cool.
  • Disconnect the vehicle battery to prevent electrical shorts during repairs.
2. Inspect and Clean Throttle Body
  • Remove the air intake duct from the throttle body by loosening the clamps.
  • Use throttle body cleaner and a soft cloth to clean the inside of the throttle body.
  • Reattach the air intake duct securely.
  • Reconnect the battery.
3. Fuel System Check
  • Connect the fuel pressure gauge to the fuel rail.
  • Turn the ignition on (do not start the engine) and check the fuel pressure reading; it should be within the manufacturer’s specifications.
  • If pressure is low, inspect the fuel pump and filter for blockages or failure.
  • Replace the fuel filter if clogged.
4. Idle Air Control Valve (IAC) Inspection
  • Locate the IAC valve and disconnect the electrical connector.
  • Remove the IAC valve from its housing by unscrewing it.
  • Clean the valve with suitable cleaner and ensure the passageways are clear.
  • Reinstall the IAC valve and reconnect the electrical connector.
5. Software Update
  • Connect the vehicle to a Wi-Fi network.
  • Access the vehicle’s settings and check for software updates.
  • If an update is available, follow on-screen instructions to install it.
