1. Preparation

• Disconnect the negative terminal of the battery to prevent electrical shock.
• Allow the engine to cool before working on it.

2. Inspect and Replace Spark Plug

• Remove the engine cover (if applicable) using a socket set.
• Using a spark plug socket, carefully remove the spark plug from cylinder 2.
• Inspect the spark plug for wear, deposits, or damage, and replace it with a new spark plug if needed.
  • Torque Specification: Install the new spark plug to 13 lb-ft (or manufacturer's specification).

3. Inspect and Replace Ignition Coil

• Disconnect the electrical connector from the ignition coil on cylinder 2.
• Remove the ignition coil using a socket set.
• Install the new ignition coil and reconnect the electrical connector.
