1. Preparation
  • Gather necessary tools: small flathead screwdriver, new CR2032 battery (if needed).
  • Ensure the vehicle is in a safe location and powered off.
2. Replace Key Fob Battery
  1. Use the small flathead screwdriver to gently pry open the key fob case along the seam.
  2. Carefully remove the old battery and dispose of it properly.
  3. Insert the new CR2032 battery with the positive (+) side facing up.
  4. Snap the key fob case back together until it clicks securely.
3. Re-Pair Key Fob with Vehicle
  1. Enter the vehicle and go to the touchscreen.
