Solution
1. Preparation
  • Ensure the vehicle is in "Park" mode.
  • Make sure the vehicle is stationary and safe to work on.
2. Soft Reset
  1. Press and hold both scroll wheels located on the steering wheel until the touchscreen turns off and the Tesla logo appears (approximately 10-15 seconds).
  2. Release the scroll wheels when the logo is displayed.
  3. Wait for the system to reboot completely, which may take a few moments.
3. Hard Reset (if soft reset does not work)
  1. Ensure the vehicle is in "Park" and that you are safely seated inside.
  2. Disconnect the 12V battery (if necessary) by removing the rear access panel and using a wrench to disconnect the negative terminal.
  3. Wait for about 5 minutes to allow all systems to fully shut down.
  4. Reconnect the 12V battery terminal securely.
  5. Power on the vehicle and check if the infotainment system is functional.
