Solution
1. Preparation
  • Ensure the vehicle is in a safe location with adequate battery charge.
  • Have the vehicle’s key fob or smartphone app ready for access.
2. Software Reboot
  1. Sit in the driver's seat and ensure the car is in "Park".
  2. Press and hold both scroll wheels on the steering wheel simultaneously.
  3. Continue holding until the touchscreen goes black and the Tesla logo appears.
  4. Release the scroll wheels once the logo is visible.
