Solution
1. Preparation
  • Ensure the vehicle is parked safely and the engine is off.
  • Gather necessary tools: Flathead screwdriver (if needed to access fuses).
2. Disconnect and Reconnect Battery
  1. Open the hood and locate the battery.
  2. Using a wrench, disconnect the negative (-) terminal first, followed by the positive (+) terminal.
  3. Wait for approximately 10 minutes to allow the system to reset.
  4. Reconnect the positive (+) terminal first, followed by the negative (-) terminal.
  5. Close the hood and start the engine.
3. Check Fuses
  1. Open the driver's side door and locate the fuse panel, typically found under the dashboard or in the engine compartment.
  2. Use a fuse puller or flathead screwdriver to remove the fuse related to the infotainment system (refer to the owner's manual for specific fuse location).
  3. Inspect the fuse for damage; if blown, replace it with a new fuse of the same amperage.
  4. Reinsert the fuse and close the fuse panel.
4. Soft Reset via Power Button
  1. With the vehicle running, locate the power button on the infotainment system.
  2. Press and hold the power button for approximately 10 seconds until the screen turns off and then back on.
  3. Release the button and allow the system to reboot.
