1. Preparation

• Gather necessary tools and parts.
• Disconnect the negative battery terminal to ensure safety while working on the electrical system.

2. Address Fault Codes

• Use the OBD-II scanner to clear any fault codes after repairs.
  • If codes reappear, investigate the specific issues indicated by the trouble codes.

3. Inspect and Replace Wheel Speed Sensors

• Remove the wheel to access the wheel speed sensor.
• Disconnect the sensor wiring harness and remove the sensor from its mounting.
• Clean the sensor area and install a new wheel speed sensor if damaged.
• Reconnect the wiring harness and secure the sensor in place.

4. Check and Repair ABS Module

• If the ABS module is faulty, remove it by disconnecting the electrical connectors and hydraulic lines.
• Install a new ABS module by reversing the removal steps, ensuring to torque the hydraulic lines to the manufacturer's specifications.
