Solution

1. Preparation

Tools Required: None
Ensure the vehicle is parked in a safe location with the engine off.

2. Remove the Glove Compartment

Detach the Damper:
- Locate the damper arm on the right side of the glove compartment.
- Gently pull it off to detach it.
Unclip the Glove Compartment:
- Squeeze the sides of the glove compartment inward to release the clips.
- Allow the compartment to swing down fully.

3. Access the Cabin Air Filter

Locate the Access Cover:
- Find the rectangular access cover behind the glove compartment.
Remove the Access Cover:
- Press the tabs on both sides of the cover to release it.
- Carefully pull the cover off to expose the cabin air filter.

4. Replace the Cabin Air Filter

Remove the Old Filter:
- Pull the old cabin air filter straight out.
- Note the orientation of the filter for correct installation of the new one.
Install the New Filter:
- Insert the new cabin air filter in the same orientation as the old one.
