Solution
1. Preparation
  • Gather all necessary tools and parts.
  • Ensure the vehicle is parked on a level surface and the engine is off.
  • Disconnect the negative battery terminal to prevent electrical shorts.
2. Inspect and Replace the Air Filter
  • Remove the air filter housing cover using a socket set.
  • Take out the old air filter and inspect it for dirt and damage.
  • Replace with a new air filter (OEM recommended).
  • Reassemble the air filter housing cover securely.
3. Check and Replace Fuel Filter (if necessary)
  • Locate the fuel filter; refer to the vehicle manual for exact location.
  • Relieve fuel system pressure by removing the fuel pump fuse and running the engine until it stalls.
  • Disconnect the fuel lines from the filter using a line removal tool.
  • Replace the old fuel filter with a new one.
