1. Preparation
  • Gather tools: socket set, gloves, and a new headlight bulb.
  • Ensure the vehicle is parked on a level surface and the engine is turned off.
  • Disconnect the battery to avoid electrical shock.
2. Access the Headlight Bulb
  • Open the hood and locate the headlight assembly.
  • Remove any covers or panels obstructing access to the back of the headlight assembly (if applicable).

  • Locate the bulb socket at the rear of the headlight assembly.
  • Twist the bulb socket counterclockwise to release it from the assembly.
  • Carefully pull the old bulb out of the socket without applying excessive force.
4. Install the New Bulb

  • Insert the new bulb into the socket firmly.
  • Twist the bulb socket clockwise to secure it back into the headlight assembly.
5. Reassemble and Test
  • Replace any covers or panels that were removed.
  • Reconnect the battery.
