Solution
1. Preparation
  • Tools Required: Lint-free cloth or paper towel
  • Ensure the vehicle is parked on a level surface and the engine is cold.
2. Checking the Oil Level
  1. Open the hood and secure it with the prop rod.
  2. Locate the oil dipstick, which is typically found near the engine.
  3. Pull out the dipstick completely.
  4. Wipe the dipstick clean using a lint-free cloth to remove any oil.
  5. Insert the dipstick back into its tube until it is fully seated.
  6. Remove the dipstick again and observe the oil level; it should be between the two marks.
  7. If the oil level is low, add the appropriate type of oil as specified in the owner's manual.
3. Adding Oil (if necessary)
  1. Locate the oil filler cap, usually marked with an oil can symbol.
  2. Remove the oil filler cap.
  3. Using a funnel, pour the appropriate oil into the engine.
  4. Add oil in small increments, checking the dipstick frequently to avoid overfilling.
  5. Replace the oil filler cap securely.
