Solution
1. Preparation
  • Tools Required: Socket set, multimeter, flathead screwdriver, torque wrench.
  • Safety Warnings: Disconnect the battery before working on electrical systems.
2. Replace Wiper Motor (if faulty)
  1. Remove the Wiper Arms:

    • Use a flathead screwdriver to gently pry off the plastic covers at the base of each wiper arm.
    • Loosen the nut securing the wiper arm using a socket wrench, then pull the arms off the splines.

    • Remove the plastic cowl cover by unscrewing the retaining clips (if applicable) and lifting it away.
    • Locate the wiper motor; disconnect the electrical connector by pressing the tab and pulling it off.
    • Unbolt the wiper motor from its mounting position using a socket wrench.
  3. Install the New Wiper Motor:

    • Position the new wiper motor in place and secure it with bolts to the mounting bracket.
    • Reconnect the electrical connector ensuring a tight fit.
3. Reassemble Components
  1. Reinstall the Cowl Cover:

    • Position the plastic cowl cover back in place and secure it with the retaining clips.
  2. Reattach Wiper Arms:

    • Align the wiper arms with the splines and push them down firmly.
    • Tighten the nuts securely and replace the plastic covers.
  3. Reconnect Battery and Test:
