Solution

1. Preparation

• Gather tools and parts required for the repair.
• Park the vehicle on a flat surface, turn off the ignition, and engage the parking brake.

2. Address Fault Codes

• If error codes are present, document them.
• Clear the codes and take the vehicle for a test drive to see if they return.

3. Replace Air Filter

• Remove the air filter housing cover using a socket set.
• Take out the old air filter and install a new one.
• Reassemble the air filter housing, ensuring all clips and screws are secured.

4. Inspect and Replace Spark Plugs

• Remove the ignition coil pack using a socket set.
• Take out the old spark plugs using a spark plug socket.
• Inspect the plug gap and replace with new spark plugs if necessary.
• Reinstall the ignition coil pack.

5. Test and Replace Throttle Position Sensor (if necessary)
