1. Preparation

• Tools Required: Socket set, exhaust sealant (if applicable)
• Inspect the exhaust system for leaks, especially around joints and connections.
• Tighten any loose bolts or clamps. If necessary, apply exhaust sealant to small leaks.

3. Replace Faulty Oxygen Sensors

• Tools Required: O2 sensor socket, torque wrench, penetrating oil
• Locate the upstream and downstream oxygen sensors.
• Apply penetrating oil to loosen the sensors.
